CHAPTER 2 (IDENTIFYING COMPETITIVE ADVANTAGE)

       Assalamualaikum for those who read my blog.. for this entry, i want to comment for the second chapter that i had learned.. it's same like previous comment but this time it is more focus on identifying competitive advantage.

5 FORCE MODEL                              

       For this chapter it show that how new company and existing company survive their company and how they faced their competitor to make their company established. it is relate with FORCE MODEL which is buyer power, means purchasing power. the other force model that relate with the above situation is supplier power, threat of substitute product of service, threats of new entrants and rivalry among existing competitor that can effect the operation of new company and existing company to faced the competitor. this force model is important because it can help the company to prepare in facing the competitor and try to avoid from being a slow company..
       The conclusion is company should the competition that happen around them, so that they can always be ware and always follow the new trend to attract more people..

CHAPTER 1 (ACHIEVING BUSINESS SUCCESS)

     haiii... for the 2nd entry of my blog, i'm gonna comment about the INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY (IT) subject for chapter 1 which i had learned it past 2 weeks.

     from this chapter i have learned a foundation of IT which is contain the defination , role, the impact, IT basics, data, information, business intelligence, IT resources and IT cultures.

WHAT IS INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY???

                  

        IT means a field concerned with the use of technology in managing and processing information. from this definition we can conclude that IT is very important to everyone for their daily life.. it is also become an imporatant part in running business smoothly in order to achieve the company goal. because of it have management information system (MIS), IT become the best way for the business in solving their problem.

        IT is a wider coverage that people do not realize that before.. most of our daily life are connecting with the IT.. for the example is handphone..nowdays everyone use handphone and this show that how important the IT for everyone..

         So the conclusion is everyone in this world need to use IT to make sure they always become an up to date person not an out of date person.. people will underistimate to thoose people who lack with the IT knowladge.

ok akhirnye siap jugak blog setelah berhari-hari fikir tajok yg sesuai tok blog nie... sangat la stress bile nak fikir tajok yang sesuai untuk petua dan pantang larang tradisional and last sekali keluar la tajok resam dulu dulu (tajok yg agak skema ok)... sebenarnye resam tu merujuk pada petua ngan pantang larang, dulu dulu plak merujuk pada tradisional lepas tu jadilah resam dulu dulu .. so rase-rasenye name resam dulu dulu paling sesuai sekali la kot.. tu je la alin rase untuk first entry sebab otak tengah traffic jam so idea tak nak keluar.. entry seterusnye baru la alin cite pasal segale petua ngan pantag larang yg alin tahu dengan yg alin cedok dari orang... bubyezzzz.. :)
