ok... This is my comment for this chapter.. in this chapter i gain a lot of information in how to make a strategic initiative in facing competitiveness.. this is a very interesting chapter because it make people try to solve and try to attract people in buying their product by using many ways..
Beside that, i think this chapter give more information about how to manage production properly.. for the example how we conduct the product smoothly, how to mange the product using the right procedure and many more.
So the conclusion is as a success producer or manufacturer we need to or we need try to find an initiative ways to make the company more success.
