As a title above, i want to give my comment on chapter 11. It is about building a customer-centric organization- customer relationship management... in this chapter it is about a market of supplier which is supplier will decide everything in order to create a business. same goes with this chapter, this chapter also have CRM which the depth is all aspect of customer relationship. there are many benefit or advantage by using this CRM. so that CRM is very useful to the supplier and customer. beside that it also have recency, frequency and monetary value which show how recent come to organization to buy product. Moreover there a several factor to become CRM success.
so that, the conclusion is organization need to produce a product that customer needs to build a customer-centric organization.
