As a title above, i want to give my comment on chapter 19. It is about outsourcing in the first 21st century.. outsourcing means an arrangement by which one organization provide a service for another organization that choose not to perform them in-house. in this chapter, it state that it have 3 type of outsourcing which is onshore outsourcing, nearshore outsourcing and off shore outsourcing which can make an organization develop. they have a lot of benefit that can organization get from the outsourcing such as reducing operating system, no costly outlay and many more. beside benefit, outsourcing also have their own changeless in the market such as contract length, competitive edge and many more
so that, the conclusion is outsourcing in the 21st century can gain more benefit in order to increase the quality of the organization.
