As a title above, i want to give my comment on chapter 15. It is about creating collaborating partnership. In this chapter I have little bit problem to understand. But after all and after i had read 2 times the info can adapt to me.. what i understand in this chapter is, it is about every organization suppose to have collaboration partnership and it will have the collaboration system which means IT based set of tools that support the work of team by facilitating the sharing and flow of information. in this chapter also have a knowledge management system, content management system and workflow management system groupware system which give me new knowledge about collaboration partnership in organization.
so that, the conclusion is creating collaborative partnership will increase the management system profit
