As a title above, i want to give my comment on chapter 12. It is about integrating the organization from end to end -enterprise resource planning (ERP). As i had learned at previous chapter, ERP is organization backbone in providing fundamental decision-making support. the bringing of the ERP from many department. it is a little bit complicated for me to understand about this chapter because i need to learned it by myself. from my learning, i understand that ERP is one of the important role in order to integrate the organization in making a decision making.. if organization make a good decision making so that it will come out with a good outcome whereas if organization make a bad decision making it will come out with a bad outcome. it can be connected with SCM and CRM also.
so that, the conclusion is ERP is important because it can be one of the business value.
